KWD – Characteristic Water
Levels of the Danube

Sometimes, the content of a publication can be technical rather than flashy, and as designers, we must navigate these challenges, too. This brochure primarily consists of tables, so to make it more engaging and facilitate the reader’s entry, we have expanded the introduction and complemented it with clear, illustrative images. Given that the primary target audience consists of hydrology experts who require quick and straightforward access to information, unnecessary embellishments were deliberately avoided to ensure a streamlined user experience.
A waterproof coat makes this brochure more durable when used in proximity to water.

The characteristic water levels of the Danube are an important data source for maintenance, shipping and ecology.

KWM – Characteristic Water
Levels of Morava

The KWM follows the same principles as the KWD, providing essential hydrological data specifically for the Morava (March) river.

Because the Morava serves as a border river, this brochure is bilingual. To reflect this, we designed it with two covers: the reader can flip the publication over to switch languages, with both versions meeting in the middle at the binding.

Both the KWD and KWM brochures are updated once every 10 years, as the characteristic water levels are recalculated on a decade-long cycle to ensure statistical accuracy.
